The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko

The room is old, but the view is great. The windows are not closed tightly and insects can get in easily, but I am satisfied with it overall. For dining, I only tried the buffet restaurant, which is not very cost-effective, but it has a wide variety of options and is still recommended. I will stay there again in the future.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Ashi. You can see Mount Fuji from the lake view rooms (if the weather is good). The environment is great, but it is inconvenient to get around. You can only take the bus. There are no taxis in the whole Hakone, and there are few bus stops and few buses. The hotel has three restaurants, but not many options. You will get tired of eating there in two or three days. There are several restaurants near the hotel, but they all close at 15:00... Overall, it is suitable for bringing parents to relax and take a bath.
