Very good experience with the hotel front staff. Shout out to the bellhop Daniel and team for thier excellent service rendered. I was caught in a situation which my interconnecting room door was closed unintentionally leaving the me got locked out and to make matter worse the main door was double locked with latch on. However font desk sent daniel up and he followed through the whole process of solving it and even advicing us to have our breakfast while he will oversee and send us the room key at the restaurant.
Really greatful . Park royal has gained a forever customer

Amazing services and amenities. Huge room and huge balcony for 5pax. Seaview from our room was breathtaking. Even though there was no late check out due to unavailability, we were glad they have bag storage service and still allowed us to access their activity room to rest and pass time. Long walk over to Chenang beach or take taxi for RM4. Parkroyal should consider providing shuttle service for this.

View was nice, location was near the happening Cenang area. Food variety and quality was also good. Great amenities like the games room with free pool, table tennis and Nintendo Wii available for the family. I suppose I’m not giving it full 5 stars for everything because there were some issues that happened close to the stay that inconvenienced us and minor miscomm with some follow up. Other than that, a nice place to stay at.

The room was good but the service at the restaurant was not up to expectation for a 5 star hotel. They need to improve their services at the restaurant, food was also not to expectation, I have stayed in many Parkroyal Hotel this was the lowest rated.

The hotel front staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast was excellent — our kids especially loved the pancakes! The swimming pool was perfect for children; they had so much fun and truly enjoyed every moment.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be coming back to PARKROYAL on our next trip!
