AC WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME, THE HOTEL KNEW THIS AND YET NEVER FIXED IT,WE PROMISED THE FIRST NIGHT THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS OFF DUE TO THE HOUR 8PM BUT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE NEXT DAY. WE CHECKED OUT TODAY AND LAST NIGHT WAS GIVEN SOME B.S. ANSWER ABOUT WHY IT WASN'T FIXED. FOOD WAS DECENT BUT EXPENSIVE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND RUDE AS WELL. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL IN OUR 16 DAYS IN EUROPE AND OF COURSE IT WAS FATHERS DAY YESTERDAY SO IN MY OPINION IT WAS GROSSLY NEGLECTED AND I DIDN'T CARE ABOUT IT ONE BIT.PAUL S ORLANDO FL 6.16.25

The hotel does not provide bottled drinking water, which is a bit inconvenient. You can only buy it from the vending machine;
The room is OK. The bed is actually two small beds put together (I only found out when I was about to leave. I usually sleep on half of the bed, so it doesn't matter);
The hot water in the bathroom is OK. I brought my own toothbrush, but the safe seems to have no power? Then you have to turn on the power switch for the air conditioner yourself, which is separate from the room card power supply (even if you remove the card, you can still turn on the air conditioner);
The hotel breakfast is OK, but it is quite repetitive after eating it for many days in a row.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel during the Easter holidays. The hotel is outside the center of Rome but for those traveling by car, like us, it is very convenient. The hotel is a large structure made up of buildings outside the central body and has free parking. The rooms are clean and welcoming, the staff is very kind. The breakfast is quite satisfactory with a wide choice of sweet and savory and what runs out is always replenished. As long as the hotel was quite full we never noticed any disturbing noises in the room during the night. A hotel to recommend and where I will undoubtedly return on my next trip to Rome
