Stayed here 2 nights. No coffee in the room, just green tea. Daily housekeeping didn't take care of the used glasses which were left in the room. Beds weren't made up. I needed to call reception for clean glasses which was something I have never had to deal with at any other hotels of this price rate (either in Japan or others). Small public bathhouse, but the gym was great. Good enough breakfast. Room temperature was not very comfortable (too warm for me to sleep that I had to open the window to let in some cool air)

The room is quite big, but the facilities are old. It is close to the underground street exit and Odori subway station.

The location is really good. It's close to Odori Park, but you can walk to both Susukino and Sapporo Station. If it's cold, you can go through the underground passage. There are many good restaurants, and the Sapporo Clock Tower and TV Tower are close. The facilities are clean overall. The large bath is also nice, so if you're staying with a family or 3 or more people, it's good to take a bath in the large bath. I'll book again next time I come to Sapporo. The staff is also friendly.
