Excellent location of the hotel. It's literally 7 minutes to Wien Mitte. There are many good restaurants nearby. Very convenient indoor parking, which is very important in a big city.

Pros. Very good location of the hotel. 5 minutes walk from the metro. Very convenient to get to the CAT from the airport, also convenient to get to the bus station. The hotel is located on the main metro lines (green and orange) to the opera 2 metro stations (green) or 25 minutes walk. A large shopping center is nearby, next to which there is a stop for a sightseeing tour bus.
The hotel has really good breakfasts, although not varied, but the products are of high quality. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants nearby, a supermarket is 2 minutes walk away.
The hotel has a mini gym and a good sauna on the 1st floor, after long walks just what you need.
Ask for slippers at the reception upon check-in and they will give you them. A complimentary bottle of water in the room.
Cons. There are 2 narrow blankets for the king size bed, this is terrible! The pillows are old, everything is lumpy inside, in 3 nights I really couldn't get enough sleep at all! The pressure in the shower is weak and disgusting. The hotel is definitely not 4 stars. 3 stars maximum. It wins only due to its location. Perhaps next time I will not stay there. I would still like to get a good night's sleep.

Spacious clean room and bathroom. A little dated feel. Air conditioning did not work which made the night hot and sweaty (think European summer) but hopefully this was just a problem for me and not for the other guests. TV was small but also I had trouble turning it on with the remote so gave up. Otherwise a comfortable stay if your intention is to rest for the night.
